Spend an evening with Blue Rodeo at the MTS Centre on Wednesday, January 16th. It's the bands' 25th anniversary!

Ana Egge is at the Park Theatre on Saturday, November 3rd.

Benjamin Francis Leftwich is at the Park Theatre on Saturday, November 24th.

BC-rooted band Step Twelve is at Sam's Place on Saturday, November 3rd.

David Rovics is at The Irish Club on Saturday, November 10th.

Afternoon Headlines: The Tragically Hip @ The MTS Centre; Support Added to Diamond Rings

Canadian rock luminaries The Tragically Hip have booked a date at the MTS Centre on Saturday, January 26th. Arkells open!

Hearing lotsa promising things about recent Arts & Crafts additions Gold & Youth: check 'em out at the Pyramid on November 23rd, when the band opens for Diamond Rings.

On November 27th, The Strumbellas is at the Park Theatre w/ The Tom Fun Orchestra.

And finally, add LeE HARVeY OsMOND to the Colin James' show going down at The Burt on October 30th.

Afternoon Headlines: Wool on Wolves @ Le Garage

First up, Wool on Wolves will play Le Garage Cafe on Monday, November 26th w/ Great Bloomers. Look for Wool on Wolves' sophomore release, Measures of Progress, on November 16th.

On Friday, October 26th Skalloween XII goes down at the Park Theatre featuring The Scarlet Union, The Brat Attack, Bad Juju, and Lemon. Full deets here.

The Crooked Brothers brings its country stylings to the WECC on Saturday, November 10th w/ Nereo II.

Curtis Nowosad is releasing his latest record, The Skeptic and The Cynic, on Thursday, November 8th at the Park Theatre.

Speaking of record releases, Hollerin' Pines is releasing its debut self-titled EP at Times Changed on Saturday, November 10th.

Finally, FUBAR's Deaner is at the Pyramid on Thursday, October 25th.

Vancouver songwriter Jordan Klassen is at the WECC on Wednesday, November 14th w/ Mike Edel.

Check out The Crackling (members serve as part of Dan Mangan's touring band) at the Folk Exchange on Wednesday, October 17th.

DJs Co-Op and Hunnicutt are hosting a Halloween party at the Pyramid on Saturday, October 27th.

Toronto's Evening Hymns will be at The Hub (U of M) on Friday, October 26th.

Blackie and The Rodeo Kings will be at the Burt on Sunday, November 18th w/ Matt Andersen, Amy Helm, and Kendal Carson.

Men Without Hats still exist! And they're touring Canada! Check out the 80s icons at the Pyramid on Halloween Night.

Local artist Ingrid D. Johnson is releasing her debut record, What About Love, at the Park Theatre on October 7th.

Jeremy Fisher is at the WECC on Tuesday, November 20th.

And finally, Jeffrey Straker is at the WECC on Wednesday, October 24th w/ Jaylene Johnson.
